Good list, I had Les Miserables, Gone with the Wind, A Song of Ice and Fire series and If Stay on my list as well. Perks of Being a Wallflower is my favorite book of all time and I the content isn't really that bad and it's basically a coming of age story.

You've got some great choices on your list. A Song of Ice and Fire and If I Stay are ones I'd recommend you push through though.

Lillylilac, I'm glad we have so many books in common! I will read Perks of Being Wallflower, eventually.

Sandy, thank you! And I definitely will get to both of them. :D

The Count of Monte Cristo is easily one of my favorite books, but must fully admit it took me three tries to get into it. Once you are into it, you get hooked!
Here's my list: http://alotofreadingandalittlewriting.blogspot.com/2013/07/tuesday-top-ten-most-intimidating-books.html

Reread (or read) The Catcher in the Rye instead of Perks!

Tiffany, I'll be sure to read it then! :D

Christine, I plan on reading both. :)
