Hi guys. I know. I missed a week. School. :P

September 3: Top Ten Books That You Wish Were Taught In Schools

So, to start out, I have to say that I'm not 100% sure that these books aren't already taught in schools, so don't hold me on that!

(I was too lazy to find the HTML code for rows. Sorry!)

That's my top ten! What's yours? Leave a comment below and a link to your TTT and I'll be sure to check it out! Thanks. :)

Hunger Games is a big one this week! :) Farenheit 451 is definitely an important book. I did read it in 10th Grade, but I think a lot of schools don't have the same books on the curriculum! Great list.

Rachel Ann- Nice to see we have some in common!

Anna- I've noticed that as well! I know that some schools teach Fahrenheit 451, but it's not enough! Thank you. :)

Looks like a lot of people have The Book Thief on their list! I still have to read that one.

wintergirls? care to explain? :) is it because of the subject matter and to make it more exposed to students? :)

Yeah, of course! It's pretty much what you said. To raise awareness about these problems and what it's like to go through them. It's a very powerful book. Plus I'm sick of hearing jokes about eating disorders at school. :/ THANKS FOR STOPPING BY!
